Art...Food for the Soul

Eileen has studied painting with renowned landscape artists throughout the country, including Wolf Kahn at the National Academy in New York. In addition, she has studied at the St. Ives School of Painting in Cornwall, England. Her work is a part of many private collections.
In my paintings I attempt to capture the affect of a moment on the environment, whether it is the dark shadows cast by the sun on a canal path on a hot summer day, or the light dancing off of the water at sunrise on a beach. I find endless inspiration in the beautiful scenery found on the east coast as well as the opportunities provided to explore new landscape images wherever I am. - Eileen K. Crowe
