arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property
of ARTFaces |ARTPlaces and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
All software used on this site is the property of ARTFaces |ARTPlaces or its
software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The
content and software on this site may be used as provided for in the Member
Agreement. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification or creation
of derivative works, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance,
of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

ARTFaces | ARTPlaces is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services sold or advertised by the individual artists on ARTFaces | ARTPlaces member sites. Please contact the seller for their Merchant Policy.
For Goods and Services purchased from ARTFaces |ARTPlaces:
Payment options:
We gladly accept both Visa, Master Charge and PayPal for online order transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders on artwork or merchandise.
Return policy:
If you are paying for membership you may void the membership within 5 business days after payment.
If you are purchasing art or merchandise you may return an item for refund or replacement within 5 business days after the date that you receive delivery; however, YOU MUST OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FROM AFAP PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM. You may request authorization by sending e-mail to: webmaster@artfaces.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the packing list and any documentation that was included in shipment to you.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. --- FINE ART MUST BE INSURED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT ---.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. If there is a question regarding the return shipping address please inquire when you request return authorization.
Shipping limits:
Shipping Rates apply to maximum distances in the continental United States. Shipments to Alska and Hawaii will be charged additional. For International orders you will be contacted by email to arrange shipping.
